What We Do

At Therapy4Boys , we're dedicated to fostering emotional empowerment and growth in boys and young men. Our programs and workshops are designed to empower young minds, nurturing emotional resilience and strength.

Led by Lance Drozda, a clinical Counselling Therapist with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) specializing in ADHD, we offer a unique approach that combines specialized expertise in ADHD with a deep understanding of the emotional needs of boys. Our tailored workshops and counseling services aim to equip boys with the tools they need to thrive in a complex world.

We're not just a resource for boys; we're here for parents and health professionals too. Through insightful workshops, we provide guidance and support, arming parents and professionals with strategies to better understand and assist the boys in their care.

Our mission is clear: 'Building Better Boys.' We believe that by nurturing emotional intelligence and providing a supportive environment, we can empower boys to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
