We provide therapy sessions virtually through our Telehealth system allows you the advantages of convenience and accessibility, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own environment.

Virtual therapy mirrors in-person sessions, minus the office setting. After booking, you'll receive an email confirmation containing all the necessary information to join your session through your smartphone, tablet, or computer — just click the provided link. Once you begin your virtual session, you'll be asked for your physical location and emergency contacts. We also verify your mobile number using a 4-digit text code at the session's outset.​
