Fees and Cancellation Policies
The below outlines the fees and cancellation policies for workshops, events, and training courses. Therapy sessions and other products and services provided by Therapy4Boys are subject to their own specific fees and cancellation policies which are provided at the point of booking and/or product / service purchase.

Workshop Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees
A non-refundable Registration Deposit is required for our workshops at the time a participant’s registration is submitted. The balance of all registration fees is due twenty-one (21) days before the scheduled date of the workshop. All charges will be applied to the credit card provided with the participant’s registration.

Sibling Discounts
For parents wishing to register additional children from the same family unit for the same workshop, a discount of 25% may be available. If available, once one child is registered at full price, a 25% discount may be applied to registrations for each subsequent child from the same family unit for the same workshop. The non-refundable Registration Deposit will only be charged once per family.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds
Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund of all funds paid minus the Registration Deposit if written notification is received at least twenty-one (21) days before the scheduled Workshop date. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Non-attendance at a workshop will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credits. No refund will be made if a cancellation is received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled Workshop.
Registrants who wish to cancel their enrollment are required to notify Therapy4Boys by emailing us at info@therapy4boys.com.

If for any reason, following the review of the registrants information it is determined by Therapy4Boys that the workshop is not recommended or in the best interests for the participant, all funds paid will be refunded in full.

Workshop Cancellation
In an unlikely event that iTherapy4Boys is required to reschedule or cancel or reschedule a Workshop, registrants will immediately receive a full refund of all funds paid including Registration Deposit, Workshop fees and any other paid funds.

Course Fees and Cancellation Policy
Fees
All fees must be paid in full prior to the event date. One business day after the course start date, accounts with remaining balances will be charged the remaining balance in addition to a one time administrative fee of $25.00 per person. This administrative fee is non-refundable.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds
Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund of all funds if notification is received at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled training course date. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Non-attendance at a training course will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credits. No refunds or credits under any circumstances for cancellation requests submitted less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event.
